Recently, we completed an artificial leather order for a long-term Russian client and prepared it for shipment. To meet the client’s requirements, each roll of artificial leather (including PU and PVC variants, the core raw material for their furniture production) was packaged with a waterproof film + woven bag, labeled with detailed specifications, and neatly stacked on pallets.
Our 2 on-site loaders coordinated to stack 500+ rolls inside the container following the “layered stability, no extrusion" standard. This method prevents deformation during long-haul transportation, protecting the product’s integrity.
Meanwhile, our on-site dispatcher cross-checked the order list in real time to avoid shortages or missing items, ensuring accuracy until the container was sealed.
