In response to the customization needs of our long-term customer's glove products, our company successfully developed a special pattern micro suede material, perfectly meeting the customer's requirements and gaining high satisfaction.
During this cooperation, the customer proposed the demand to replace the original material with micro suede. Our core materials already possess excellent characteristics such as fine suede touch, breathability, long durability, and environmental protection, laying a solid foundation for customized R&D. It should be noted that conventional micro suede products in the industry are mostly solid-colored with no pattern options available, making it difficult to meet the customer's customization requirements.
To address this, our company quickly collaborated with engineers to form a special R&D team, accurately overcoming the technical difficulties in special pattern customization of micro suede. Finally, we produced the special pattern suede material that met the customer's expectations.
